N.M. Stat. Ann. § 13-1-139 (2026).

Text

The cost or pricing data relating to the award of a contract shall not be required when: A. the procurement is based on competitive sealed bid; B. the contract price is based on established catalogue prices or market prices; C. the contract price is set by law or regulation; D. the contract is for professional services; or E. the contract is awarded pursuant to the Public Building Energy Efficiency Act [Public Facility Energy Efficiency and Water Conservation Act] [Chapter 6, Article 23 NMSA 1978].
