Children; entered into. The "Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children" is enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in the form substantially as follows: "INTERSTATE COMPACT ON EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR MILITARY CHILDREN
