Text

An obligee of a regional housing authority shall have the right, in addition to all other rights that may be conferred on such obligee, subject only to any contractual restrictions binding upon such obligee, to: A. compel by mandamus, suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity, the regional housing authority and its officers, agents or employees to perform every term, provision and covenant contained in any contract of the regional housing authority with or for the benefit of the obligee and to require the carrying out of all covenants and agreements of the regional housing authority and the fulfillment of all duties imposed upon the regional housing authority by the Regional Housing Law; and B. enjoin by suit, action or proceeding in equity, any acts or things that may be unlawful or
