Text

A. A board of compact administrators is established to:

(1)administer the provisions of this compact; and (2) serve as a governing body for the resolution of all matters relating to the operation of the Wildlife Violator Compact. B. The board shall be composed of one representative, to be known as the "compact administrator", from each of the participating states. C. A compact administrator shall be appointed by the head of the licensing authority of each participating state and shall serve and be subject to removal in accordance with the laws of the state he represents. D. A compact administrator may provide for the discharge of his duties and the performance of his functions by an alternate. E.
