Text
The Drought Coordinator shall, within 30 days of the effective date of this act and every 30 days thereafter, transmit a report to the President of the Senate and to the Speaker of the General Assembly, which report shall detail the status of the "Drought Surcharge Fund" and the amounts expended therefrom. (L.1981, c. 540, s. 3, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.)
