Text

Any certification, indorsement or consent of the Local Government Board may be made on any such resolution by a majority of the members thereof or may be made by the secretary pursuant to its direction and on its behalf. After the issuance of refunding bonds any certification or indorsement of consent, whether made by the Local Government Board or the secretary, shall be conclusive, and after the issuance of any refunding bonds in reliance thereon, the validity or regularity thereof may not be contested in any suit, action or proceeding relating to the validity of such refunding bonds. (L.1940, c. 29, p. 108, s. 7.)
