§ App.A:4-10 — Local approval of reclamation project
3.The exemption herein granted shall not be effective as to property situate within any particular municipality until the governing body thereof shall by resolution consent to and approve the reclaiming of such underwater lands within its corporate limits. (L.1934, c. 143, s. 3, p. 376.)
