§ App.A:4-39 — Additional powers
8.The powers granted by this act are granted in addition to and not in substitution for the existing powers of municipalities, and are not subject to any limitation or restriction prescribed by any other act or acts. (L.1934, c. 233, s. 8, p. 675.)
