Text

7.Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect any contracts heretofore made pursuant to the original act or to affect any such contract made by an issuing municipality except as expressly provided herein, or to prevent the issuance of bonds pursuant to the original act and the making of the contract constituted thereby by any issuing municipality. (L.1935, c. 199, s. 7, p. 481.)
