Text
1.Any municipality as defined in the act to which this act is a supplement (hereinafter referred to as the "original act" ), which shall hereafter authorize the issuance of bonds pursuant to the original act, may by provision in the ordinance authorizing such bonds reserve the privileges granted by this act. Any bonds issued pursuant to such ordinance shall contain in the body thereof a recital that they are issued pursuant to the original act as hereby supplemented, specifically identifying this act by reference to the date of its approval and its chapter number. The term "special taxes" , as used and applied in this act, shall mean any taxes on real estate used for railroad and canal purposes in a municipality separately valued and assessed under the provisions of subdivision two (2) of
