§ App.A:11-3 — Expenditures to restructure and expand division of economic development
The Commissioner of Labor and Industry is authorized to expend funds, appropriated from the Unemployment Compensation Auxiliary Fund, to restructure and expand the existing Division of Economic Development to provide professional and technical assistance to industry to aid in the development of job opportunities for citizens of this State. L.1974, c. 195, s. 3, eff. Jan. 3, 1975.
