§ 9:6B-3 — Definitions.
New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
3.As used in this act: "Child placed outside his home" means a child placed outside his home by the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Health, or a board of education. "Department" means the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Health, or board of education, as applicable.
