§ 59:9-7 — Review of amount of verdict or judgment

Nothing in the act to which this act is a supplement shall affect the right of the court, in accordance with the rules governing the courts, to review the amount of a verdict or judgment on its own initiative or in acting on a motion of a party for a new trial. L.1975, c. 3, s. 3.
