§ 59:8-1 — Date of accrual of cause of action
New Jersey·Title 59 CLAIMS AGAINST PUBLIC ENTITIES
Accrual shall mean the date on which the claim accrued and shall not be affected by the notice provisions contained herein. L.1972, c. 45, s. 59:8-1.
