§ 59:3-10 — Misrepresentation
New Jersey·Title 59 CLAIMS AGAINST PUBLIC ENTITIES
A public employee acting in the scope of his employment is not liable for an injury caused by his misrepresentation. L.1972, c. 45, s. 59:3-10.
