11.
a.The Lake Hopatcong Regional Planning Board is abolished.
b.All files, papers, and records of the Lake Hopatcong Regional Planning Board are transferred to the Lake Hopatcong Commission.
c.All State and federal appropriations, grants and other moneys available and to become available to the Lake Hopatcong Regional Planning Board are transferred to the Lake Hopatcong Commission, and shall be available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated, subject to any terms, restrictions, limitations or other requirements imposed by State or federal law. L.2000,c.175,s.11.
