§ 58:31-11 — Report to the Governor.

10.No later than 18 months after the effective date of P.L.2021, c.262 (C.58:31-4.1 et al.), and every three years thereafter, the department shall prepare and submit a report to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), the Legislature assessing: a. the data submitted by public community water systems pursuant to subsections b. and c. of section 7 of P.L.2017, c.133 (C.58:31-7). The assessment shall include, but need not be limited to, an analysis of the total estimated cost of infrastructure improvements to public community water systems, Statewide, required over the next 10 years; and b. the compliance of public community water systems with the requirements of P.L.2017, c.133 (C.58:31-1 et seq.) and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
