§ 58:26-1 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Water Supply Privatization Act." L. 1985, c. 37, s. 1, eff. Feb. 1, 1985.
