§ 58:25-7 — Procedures for applications for loans and grants; rules and regulations

The commissioner shall prescribe the procedures for applying for the grants and loans authorized by sections 11 through 20 of this act and may adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of said sections and to carry out the purpose thereof.
