§ 58:10B-29 — Qualifications for certification of reimbursement for remediation costs; oversight document.

37. a. To qualify for the certification of reimbursement of the remediation costs authorized pursuant to section 36 of P.L.1997, c.278 (C.58:10B-28), a developer shall:
(1)enter into an oversight document with the Commissioner of Environmental Protection; or (2) comply with the requirements set forth in subsection b. of section 30 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10B-1.3), for the remediation of the site of the redevelopment project. b. Under the oversight document, the developer shall agree to perform and complete any remediation activity as may be required by the Department of Environmental Protection to ensure the remediation is conducted pursuant to the regulations adopted by the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to P.L.1993, c.139 (C.58:10B-1 et al.). c.
