§ 58:10B-18 — Preparation, distribution of informational materials

42.The Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy, shall prepare, and the department shall distribute, for the cost of reproduction and postage, to any interested person, informational materials that set forth criteria that may be used to evaluate the qualifications of environmental consultants, environmental consulting firms, engineers, geologists or any other consultant, whose expertise or training may be required by a person to comply with the provisions of P.L.1986, c.102 (C.58:10A-21 et seq.), P.L.1983, c.330 (C.13:1K-6 et al.), P.L.1976, c.141 (C.58:10-23.11 et seq.), and P.L.1993, c.139 (C.13:1K-9.6 et al.) relating to the remediation of contaminated real property.
