§ 58:26-19 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
1.Sections 1 through 8 of P.L.1995, c.101 (C.58:26-19 et seq.) shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Water Supply Public-Private Contracting Act."
