§ 56:9-1 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
This act may be known and shall be cited as the "New Jersey Antitrust Act." L.1970, c. 73, s. 1, eff. May 21, 1970.
