Text
The provisions of this act shall be deemed to be severable and if for any reason any provision shall be determined to be unconstitutional or invalid, such determination shall not be held to affect any other provision hereof. And no such determination shall be deemed to invalidate or render ineffectual any of the provisions of the "Cigarette Tax Act." L.1952, c. 247, p. 831, s. 21.
