§ 56:7-31 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
The director may adopt rules and regulations for the enforcement of this act and he is empowered to and may undertake a "cost survey" as provided for in section thirteen of this act. L.1952, c. 247, p. 829, s. 14.
