§ 56:7-37 — Powers available
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
All of the powers vested in the Director of the Division of Taxation by the provisions of the "Cigarette Tax Act," aforesaid, shall be available to the said Director in the enforcement of this Unfair Cigarette Sales Act. L.1952, c. 247, p. 831, s. 20.
