§ 56:13-5 — Violation, fine
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
5.A violation of this act shall be punishable by a fine of $500. The second and any subsequent offense shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000. L.2002,c.67,s.5.
