§ 56:11-63 — Severability.
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
8.The provisions of this act shall be severable and if any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this act shall be enforceable. The provisions of this act shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes. L.2024, c.48, s.8.
