Text

Any person who violates any provision of this act shall be liable to a civil penalty of not more than $250 for the first offense and not more than $1,000 for the second and each subsequent offense. Any penalty imposed pursuant to this section shall be collected by summary proceedings instituted by the Attorney General in accordance with "the penalty enforcement law," N.J.S.2A:58-1 et seq. L.1990,c.72,s.3.
