§ 56:11-5 — Address of creditor on statements of account
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
Every statement of account rendered by a creditor to a consumer shall include the address to be used by the consumer in making inquiries concerning his statement. L.1974, c. 146, s. 5.
