1.Sections 1 through 5 of P.L.2025, c.140 (C.56:10-32 to 56:10-35 and C.39:3-4g) shall be known and may be cited as the “Motor Vehicle Open Recall Notice and Fair Compensation Act.” L.2025, c.140, s.1.
