§ 56:9-3 — Contracts and combinations in restraint of trade
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce, in this State, shall be unlawful. L.1970, c. 73, s. 3, eff. May 21, 1970.
