New Jersey·Title 54A NEW JERSEY GROSS INCOME TAX ACT
10.The State Treasurer, in consultation with the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), in order to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2018, c.31, s.10.
