§ 54:40A-20 — Power of director to administer act
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
The director is hereby authorized and empowered to administer and enforce the provisions of this act and in pursuance thereof to make and enforce such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary. L.1948, c. 65, p. 163, s. 501.
