§ 54:37-8 — Final accounting not allowed until taxes paid

New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
No executor or administrator shall be entitled to a judgment settling his final account or to a discharge in any court of this State unless he has complied with the provisions of section 54:37-5 of this Title. Amended by L.1953, c. 51, p. 929, s. 147.
