§ 54:51A-11 — Complaint; contents; form; service; and practice
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
Except as may be otherwise specifically provided by law, the form, contents, service, and all other matters with respect to the complaint and the practice in the tax court shall be as prescribed by rules of court. L.1983, c. 45, s. 54:51A-11, eff. Jan. 28, 1983.
