Text

In case any person summoned in accordance with the provisions of section 53:4-1 of this Title shall refuse to obey the subpoena or to give testimony or answer questions, or to produce any book, paper or document as required, the Superior Court may, upon ex parte application, compel him to do so. Amended by L.1953, c. 50, p. 890, s. 1.
