§ 52:9X-8 Staff.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
8.The executive director shall be responsible for the selection of properly qualified staff members of the commission. Staff members shall have strong backgrounds in science, innovation, and technology as well as in economic development. L.1985, c.102, s.8; amended 2018, c.91, s.9.
