§ 52:9WW-7 — Use of funds.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
7.All funds received by the foundation, other than those necessary to pay the expenses of the foundation, shall be used exclusively for the establishment, support and promotion of the Asian American Study Foundation. L.2005, c.371, s.7.
