Text
The members of the commission shall annually elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from among their number. The chairman shall be the chief executive officer of the commission, shall preside at all meetings of the commission and shall perform other duties that the commission may prescribe. The executive director shall serve as secretary to the commission and shall carry out its policies under the direction of the chairman. L.1983, c. 6, s. 7, eff. Jan. 17, 1983.
