§ 52:9Q-6 — Rules of procedure
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commission may formulate and adopt rules of procedure for the government of the commission in exercising its powers and fulfilling its duties. L.1973, c. 299, s. 6, eff. Dec. 7, 1973.
