§ 52:9J-5 — Meetings; annual reports

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The commission may hold meetings in any part of the State and shall annually report to the Legislature and to the Governor and any such report may embody the findings and recommendations, including planning and other proposals of the commission. L.1949, c. 14, p. 55, s. 5.
