New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
5.The commission may adopt, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as it shall deem necessary to carry out its functions. L.1991,c.382,s.5.
