§ 52:9EE-7 — Direct applications for funds.
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
7.Nothing in this act shall preclude a qualifying research institution or any other research facility in the State from directly applying for or receiving funds from any public or private agency to conduct brain injury research. L.2003,c.200,s.7.
