18.The Division of Public Contracts Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance shall promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act, P.L.2009, c.335 (C.52:40-1 et seq.), that are consistent with Executive Order No. 151 (2009) and its appendices. L.2009, c.335, s.18.
