§ 52:4-1 — Promulgation of national census
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
52:4-1. The governor is authorized to issue a statement declaring the date on which the Governor received the federal decennial census. Whenever in any statute or regulation reference is made to promulgation of the federal decennial census, the same shall mean and refer to the receipt by the Governor of the official federal decennial census.
