52:35-8. No person shall be qualified to bid on any contract, who shall not have submitted a statement as required by R.S.52:35-2 within a period of 24 months preceding the date of opening of bids for such contract. Amended 1959, c.94; 1999, c.197; 2003, c.117, s.13.
