§ 52:31-41 — Approval required for alteration of completed project
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
8.Upon completion of any project for the restoration, preservation and improvement of the State capitol complex, no alteration of any element of the project shall be made without the approval of the commission or the appropriate subcommittee. L.1992,c.67,s.8.
