§ 52:31-31 — Discrimination in rental; prohibition
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
No person shall be denied occupancy of a State-owned residential housing unit on account of race, religion, creed, sex, age, political affiliation or marital status. L.1983, c. 468, s. 9, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
