§ 52:31-30 — Subletting or permitting additional persons; prohibition; ineligibility to be tenant; vacation of premises
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
No tenant of a State-owned housing unit shall sublet the unit or shall permit additional persons, other than members of the tenant's immediate family, to occupy the unit without the approval of the board. A tenant who becomes ineligible to occupy a unit shall vacate the unit within 30 days, unless granted an extension by the board for reasons of hardship. L.1983, c. 468, s. 8, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
